Ria Money Transfer in Chile seeks a strategic Country Manager to define and execute local digital strategy aligned with regional goals. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, and operations to drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in money transfer or cross-border payments, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven negotiation with banks, plus advanced English.

Formación

• 7+ years work experience in Money Transfer companies, payment disbursement, and/or cross-border payments.
• Proven experience and knowledge in matters related to the UAF, CMF, SII, and regulations concerning remittances in general.
• Proven experience in direct negotiation with banks and stakeholders related to the business.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of the Chilean market (Fintech/payments is a plus)
• Advanced English (required)

About This Role

This position will be responsible for defining and executing the local strategy in alignment with regional/global guidelines, leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, and customer experience. The role will have team leadership responsibilities and will manage local and regional stakeholders

• Deep understanding of the local market and industry trends
• Experience as Country Manager or in a similar role
