Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly organized Cost Engineering Support professional to provide critical administrative, financial, and project controls support for large-scale capital projects. You will work with Cost Managers, Project Managers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives to support project delivery objectives through effective financial and administrative controls.

The role focuses on contract administration, risk management, invoice processing, and reporting activities

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in project controls, cost engineering support, contract administration, project administration, finance, procurement, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update contract, funding, and change-order tracking, coordinating approvals and ensuring documentation is complete.
• Participate in budget and cost reviews, log risks, issues, and cost-impacting items in project systems, and support weekly risk reporting.
• Coordinate invoice submissions, verify documentation against contracts, and support payment workflows to minimize delays.
• Manage project closeout dashboards and financial closeout activities, ensuring archives are complete and accurate.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and dashboards, auditing data across systems for consistency.
