A leading AI talent firm is seeking a Lawyer to support new dataset projects remotely. The position is part-time, requiring 10–20 hours weekly over 2–3 weeks. Candidates should have 2-3 years of practicing experience, especially in litigation or corporate law, and must be able to work independently.

Formación

• 2-3 years of active practicing experience in your domain in your geography.
• Prior experience in litigation or corporate/transactional work.
• Familiarity with Argentinian legal and regulatory document sources.

Role Overview

• Position: Lawyer – Contract, Remote
• Commitment: 10–20 hours per week
• Duration: 2–3 weeks
• Mission: Support new Argentina dataset projects by compiling legal and financial documents for AI system testing and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents based on project guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials.
• Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards.
• Verify sources and ensure all data is obtained from public, verifiable platforms.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and meet all deadlines.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2-3 years of active practicing experience in your domain in your geography
• Prior experience in litigation or in corporate/transactional work
• Familiarity with Argentinian legal and regulatory document sources
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation requirements
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on short timelines
