IQVIA in Chile seeks an experienced fieldwork lead to manage end-to-end fieldwork for quantitative and qualitative studies, ensuring timelines, quotas, and quality standards are met. You will oversee healthcare research projects involving HCP and patient recruitment and monitor pacing to identify risks and corrective actions.

The role requires minimum 5 years in market research with hands-on fieldwork, strong SQL basics for feasibility analysis, and advanced English.

Formación

  • Minimum 5 years market research experience with hands-on fieldwork execution.
  • Experience in healthcare MR with exposure to HCP and patient recruitment.
  • Experience performing feasibility assessments across study types and audiences.
  • Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills with multi-study capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic SQL for data querying, validation and feasibility analysis.

Responsabilidades

  • Fieldwork/Study Execution: manage end-to-end fieldwork, timelines, quotas and quality.
  • Vendor/Financial Management: manage vendor relationships, pricing, and invoicing reconciliation.
  • Consultative Partnership: advise account teams on fielding strategies, risks, and timelines.
  • Team/Capability Development: train and coach junior staff and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end fieldwork for quantitative and qualitative studies, ensuring timelines, quotas, and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee healthcare research projects involving HCP and patient recruitment.
  • Monitor live fieldwork and recruitment pacing; identify risks and recommend course corrections.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments across study types, audiences, and methodologies.
Vendor & Financial Management
  • Manage relationships with sample and recruitment vendors.
  • Review, negotiate, and manage vendor pricing to ensure cost control.
  • Track spend and support invoice-to-purchase-order reconciliation.
Consultative Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted fielding advisor to account teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide consultative guidance concerning optimal fielding strategies, trade‑offs, feasibility risks, and timelines.
  • Design and execute custom recruitment approaches for hard‑to‑reach audiences or accelerated timelines.
Team & Capability Development
  • Train, coach, and support junior staff and/or offshore teams.
  • Ensure adherence to fielding best practices, processes, and quality expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years market research experience, including hands‑on responsibility for managing fieldwork execution.
  • Experience in healthcare market research, with direct exposure to HCP and patient recruitment.
  • Experience performing feasibility assessments across a range of study types and target audiences.
  • Strong operational, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic SQL proficiency, with experience querying, reviewing, and validating data for feasibility analysis, recruitment tracking, or quality assurance.
  • Advanced level of english
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in vendor management, including pricing negotiations and cost control.
  • Demonstrated consultative leadership, with the ability to guide account teams and stakeholders concerning optimal fielding strategies, trade‑offs, and risk mitigation.
  • Track record of developing custom recruitment solutions for hard‑to‑reach audiences or aggressive timelines.
  • Experience training, coaching, or overseeing junior staff and/or offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with online survey platforms (ConfirmIT/Decipher) and digital data collection tools.
  • Experience creating and enforcing SOPs in a growing or evolving organization.
