Bechtel Corporation in Ujina, Chile, is seeking a construction automation lead to manage the portfolio of automation applications on the jobsite, leveraging databases, programming, and 3D tools. You will establish and administer the automation portfolio to support strategy and compliance on the Doña Inés de Collahuasi project.

You will review performance, tailor solutions for construction needs, and collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure successful execution and adherence

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years total.
• Experience leading construction automation efforts on major projects.
• Proficiency with NEC or Chilean electrical standards.
• Experience using Smartplant 3D, SmartSketch, AutoCAD.
• Ability to read contract documents and project specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Review electrical, control and instrumentation plans.
• Integrate third-party designs with Bechtel designs.
• Review and update circuit listings for Bechtel and third parties.
• Route load channels and cables for project circuits.
• Update circuits as new designs are issued.
• Issue and control SetRoute cards.
• Review and assign reels delivered to site.
• Manage change control for vendor-provided information.
