What You'll Do
  • Owns the daily contact with specific, identified accounts, proactively driving revenues and margins to ensure organizational profitability through developing and executing strategic client-specific solutions.

  • Handles complex customer issues with minimal supervision, leveraging support from TD executives as needed.

  • Proactively manages accounts by evaluating product mix and profitability, making adjustments to meet TD profitability objectives.

  • Identifies opportunities to sell TD's full portfolio of products and services.

  • Develops strategic business plans and presents them effectively to TD management.

  • Provides regional-level direction in the absence of the manager.

  • Guides the team daily on KPI performance, company directives, vendor initiatives, etc.

  • Supports departments as a change agent and subject matter expert.

  • Manages advanced inbound and outbound sales calls, quoting prices, providing product information, and building customer relationships.

  • Assists associates and reps with resolving complex customer problems.

  • Helps resellers secure the best pricing through alliances with internal departments and informs partners of vendor promotions and events.

  • Requires high interpersonal and collaborative skills.

  • Develops and implements business opportunities through customer-facing activities.

  • Maintains detailed account knowledge.

  • Creates business plans to uncover new opportunities and increase sales and profits.

  • Represents TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interactions and at events.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned and maintains attendance and punctuality standards.
