Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, GDCL oUS E2E (Chile), located in Las Condes, Santiago.

This role provides end-to-end supply chain leadership for Chile with full accountability for planning, customer service, warehousing and distribution. The position partners with commercial, finance, quality and regional/global teams to ensure reliable product availability, strong service levels and compliant operations, while driving transformation initiatives aligned to global

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required, in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead end-to-end supply chain performance for Chile, including demand and supply planning, customer service, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery and high service levels while balancing cost, inventory, and risk.
• Partner with commercial, finance, quality, and regulatory teams to support objectives and ensure compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals with accountability and collaboration.
• Drive inventory management and working capital optimization, including forecasting accuracy and inventory health.
• Manage 3PL partners and external suppliers to ensure performance and contractual adherence.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including business continuity and disruption management.
• Lead and support process improvement and transformation aligned with global strategies and digital enablement.
