Our client is a leader in consulting and analytics that develops technology solutions for companies around the world.

Descripción

Reporting to the Leader, your main responsibilities will be:

1. Represent analytics capability to product teams
2. Identify problems / opportunities, proactively based on data insights and work with team to develop solutions
3. Opportunity sizing/impact/prioritization of site changes being considered
4. Defining success metrics, determining smaller / more-direct / leading metric (Ex: search bar click), bigger / less-direct/lagging metrics (ex: ATC, conversion)
5. Tagging - PA assess and coordinate with infrastructure or developer (markup) to implement necessary tagging
6. Analyze results after go-alive, and share insights
7. Ad-hoc, quicker analysis to support discussions and decisions.
8. Work under scrum framework

HARD SKILL'S:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in analytics domain or related
3. Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis is Mandatory
4. Strong experience in Excel
5. Experience developing A/B testing analysis (or pre/post) is mandatory
6. Experience running regression analysis
7. Experience in web analytics using Adobe analytics (Google Analytics could be an alternative) is mandatory
8. Experience with tools BI and Python (Is Mandatory)
9. Experience in finance analysis is a plus
10. Knowledge in time series analysis
11. Knowledge in statistics
12. Knowledge in correlation and causation analysis
13. Experience working with Adobe analytics is mandatory
14. Experience working with BI tools
15. Experience working based on scrum frameworks
16. Experience using Jira is a plus
17. Capacity to work independently
18. Advanced English

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Buscamos a un Business Intelligence and Data Scientist with at least 6 years experience in both roles to take on the challenge.

SOFT SKILL'S (Is mandatory)

1. Analytical skill
2. Communication is key, must have a business sense.
3. Consultative responses to end customers, how solutions impact the business.
4. While technical is important, they are looking for a person who has the ability to understand the business and have conversations with end customers.
