Responsabilidades

• Actuar como aprendiz de corredor, participando en contacto con clientes y tareas administrativas.
• Cargar y procesar cuentas/endorsements, asegurando cumplimiento de estándares.
• Apoyar al líder del equipo en la entrega de soluciones a los clientes.

What the day will look like

• Act as a broker trainee, participating in all facets of the job: client contact, administrative tasks, and marketing support.
• Load and process accounts/endorsements, ensuring compliance with audit and compliance standards.
• Support the team leader in delivering solutions to clients.
• Perform administrative tasks aligned with internal policies.
• Backup in the team leader's absence.
• Work with reinsurers to manage post-account placement requests.
• Maintain account folders in order, with up-to-date documentation.
• Respond to requests from the operations/finance team.
