Job summary

TOMRA Food is seeking an Accounting Analyst who excels in accuracy and continuous improvement to ensure data integrity and insightful financial reporting. You will support key processes, strengthen internal controls, and help drive operational excellence across the finance function.

You will work with ERP systems, accounting software, and Excel to handle month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting for regional and global teams, while ensuring compliance and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles including GL postings, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting support.
• LATAM or regional finance exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processing and posting monthly depreciation and amortization entries.
• Supporting verification, allocation, and posting of accruals and provisions.
• Reconciling general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness.
• Performing month-end and year-end closing activities and supporting documentation reviews.
• Preparing agent commission reports and monitoring provisions.
• Managing import transactions and bank cash flow reporting.
• Monitoring AR/AP parked payments and vendor master data.
• Providing data and analysis to management and supporting audits.
• Safeguarding confidential financial information.
