Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software or AI engineering.
- Proven expertise in Python and AI applications.
- Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and architectures.
- Experience deploying autonomous AI agents or multi-agent workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable agentic orchestration frameworks and system architectures.
- Build and optimize autonomous multi-agent workflows that safely delegate tasks and reason through execution.
- Develop production-ready AI applications leveraging advanced programming languages and systems design.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate autonomous behavioral models into existing enterprise ecosystems.
- Establish robust evaluation and governance frameworks to monitor and refine agent behavior under stress.
