Job summary

BairesDev is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer (Python) to design and build intelligent software systems driven by autonomous AI agents. You will connect language models with workflows to enable multi-step tasks and collaborate in intelligent networks.

The role requires 5+ years in software or AI engineering, strong Python skills, and excellent English. This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD or local currency.

Qualifications

5+ years in Software or AI Engineering.
Proven expertise in Python and AI applications.
Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable agentic orchestration frameworks and system architectures.
Build and optimize autonomous multi-agent workflows that safely delegate tasks and reason through execution.
Develop production-ready AI applications leveraging advanced programming languages and systems design.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate autonomous behavioral models into existing enterprise ecosystems.
Establish robust evaluation and governance frameworks to monitor and refine agent behavior under stress.
