As an Associate at Atheneum, you will connect our clients with experts. Based out of our Santiago de Chile office supporting one of the time zones below:

  • Supporting NY time zone (Eastern Standard Time {EST})

  • Supporting San Francisco time zone (Pacific Standard Time

  • Supporting Berlin working 8-5 SCL time

The role will function on a full onsite/hybrid capacity.

About the Role

As an Associate, Client Servicesat Atheneum, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our clients with top-tier experts for qualitative virtual sessions. This is a sales-oriented rolerequiring strong commercial acumen—you’ll need to persuade experts, negotiate fees, and meet KPI targetswhile ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Expert Sourcing and Onboarding:Identify and onboard industry experts for client projects, ensuring availability for rapid booking.

  • Managing Multiple Projects:Coordinate multiple projects at once, efficiently matching clients with the right experts.

  • Fast-Paced Booking and Scheduling:Quickly secure expert sessions on short notice, maintaining organization and clarity.

  • Client Needs Understanding:Develop a deep understanding of client requirements to provide tailored expert recommendations.

  • Communication and Outreach:Use cold calls, emails, and persuasive language to engage experts and secure their participation.

  • Negotiation & Sales Focus:Convince experts to participate in sessions, negotiate competitive fees, and ensure smooth execution.

  • Adaptability and Agility:Think on your feet, adjust to shifting client needs, and prioritize effectively in afast-paced, high-intensity environment.

  • Client Excellence:Maintain high-quality service by managing expectations, delivering accurate recommendations, and ensuring expert sessions run seamlessly.

Profiles We Are Seeking

We are looking for driven, collaborative, and resilient individuals eager to build a corporate career with opportunities for rapid growth. We are open to recruiting candidates with backgrounds in recruiting, finance, business administration, sales, or commercial engineering. If you thrive under pressure, excel at problem-solving, and have a strong commercial mindset, this role is for you. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential as you will be balancing client expectations, expert engagement, and KPI targets to drive success.

  • Gross Salary of $1.500.000 CLP (Amount is “Bruto”. The “Liquido” will depend on your health insurance and pension fund)
