ADvendio, una solución impulsada por Salesforce para publicidad omnicanal, busca Analista con 0 a 2 años de experiencia en Viña del Mar. Formación en administración, IT o afines y nivel avanzado de inglés son requeridos.

El rol ofrece mentoría y crecimiento en una empresa de tecnología en crecimiento. Trabajarás en una experiencia híbrida, colaborando estrechamente con el CTO y otros equipos para entregar resultados de alto impacto, aprendiendo a liderar proyectos desde el inicio y desarrollando

Formación

• Diplomado/título en Administración de Empresas, Informática o campo relacionado.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés (hablado, escrito y lectura).
• Conducción, sentido de propiedad y capacidad de aprendizaje rápido.

Responsabilidades

• Asistir en la planificación, ejecución y cierre de proyectos bajo la supervision del CTO.
• Ser punto de contacto para temas CTO, reuniendo contexto y llevando resultados claros a CTO.
• Facilitar coordinación entre equipos (desarrollo, ventas, marketing) para asegurar el éxito de proyectos.
• Comprender la plataforma ADvendio y cómo interactúan los equipos de tecnología.
• Analizar datos para preparar documentos y recomendaciones estratégicas.
• Seguimiento de iniciativas estratégicas desde concepto hasta implementación.

If you are looking to work in a high-growth startup environment with the opportunity to have an immediate impact, this might be your role.Responsibilities include:| Assist in the planning, executing, and closing of projects under the CTO s purview, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are kept informed.| Act as a key point of contact for CTO-related topics the person teams reach out to first, who picks up a thread, gathers the context, instructs themselves on the subject where needed, and brings it back to the CTO in clear, direct terms.| Facilitate seamless coordination between different internal teams, including development, sales, and marketing, to ensure project success.| Gain a thorough understanding of the ADvendio platform and of how the technology teams relate to one another, so you can navigate the organization and route topics to the right people.| Analyze and process information and data to prepare strategic decision papers, reports, and recommendations.| Follow-up of strategic initiatives, from concept development to decision-making and implementation.| Handling internal and external communication on behalf of the CTO.| Manage administrative tasks related to projects, including documentation, scheduling, and budget tracking, ensuring the CTO s initiatives are well-organized and on track.| Participate in projects and initiatives related to the area.Qualifications:| Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.| Advanced level of English (In speaking, writing and reading).| Drive, ownership, and the ability to learn fast.| Fluent, habitual use of AI tools as a core competency - to learn quickly, extract and synthesize information, ask sharper questions when there is little time, and automate repetitive work.
