Job summary

Join BairesDev, a global technology leader, as an AI Engineer (Python). You will design and implement AI-powered systems, including RAG pipelines, and optimize LLM APIs and data processing for production workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging Python and LangChain to deliver scalable AI solutions with high reliability and safety. This is a 100% remote role offering USD-based compensation and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
• Proven expertise in developing AI-powered systems using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience architecting and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain.
• Deep understanding of integrating LLM APIs and cloud services like AWS into production workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
