Job summary

Outlier is building a remote QA coding program for LATAM engineers to train AI models in code generation. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft prompts to challenge the AI’s coding capabilities.

Qualified applicants have a CS degree, live production code experience, and strong English communication. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity with flexible hours and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions—accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and push coding ability.
