Assistants are an essential part of the learning experience in the AI Automation Program. They help students stay on track, provide timely and constructive feedback on their work, and support them in building both technical and professional skills throughout their journey.
Tutor Assistants work closely with Expert Tutors and the student support team to ensure students feel guided, encouraged, and empowered to grow.
As a Tutor Assistant, you’ll support students by providing both asynchronous and synchronous guidance, including:
• Reviewing and evaluating student projects, offering clear, actionable, and encouraging feedback on their solutions.
• Answering student questions on the Tripleten Hub ****(Circle) to help them move forward when they're stuck or confused.
• Hosting short, informal sessions like Co-working Hours, where students can drop in, ask questions, and get help with their current tasks.
• Supporting students in understanding automation concepts, tools, and use cases covered in the program.
• Encouraging a positive and collaborative learning environment through timely, respectful, and motivating communication.
