Formación

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un rol similar.
  • Conocimiento de Power-BI es deseable.

  • Revisar contratos y gestionar acuerdos comerciales.
  • Realizar análisis de riesgos relacionados con costos y plazos.

Position: Administradora (o) de contratos & Ventas Spot

We are seeking talent for the role of Contracts & Spot Sales Administrator, responsible for costing and margining spare parts and equipment, including contract sales, spot sales, and tenders within the Pumps area. The main goal is to analyze and maintain the health of the contracts and spare parts offered, ensuring competitive prices and delivery times by being proactive, organized, and responsible, with excellent soft skills to serve internal and external clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review current contracts under consignment and pricing agreements.
  • Manage business models related to contract modalities, interacting with internal units developing these businesses.
  • Perform risk analysis (cost/margin/lead time) to avoid deviations.
  • Update prices and adjustments as per each client's contract.
  • Ensure contractual conditions are met, prioritizing delivery deadlines, coordinating with Contracts, Planning, Logistics teams.
  • Send weekly delivery status reports to clients with active contracts, emphasizing delivery improvements.
  • Create SAP quotations based on internal processes (MALP / GQS).
  • Create Sales Orders from customer purchase orders via email or sales portal platform.
  • Create opportunities and sales adjustments in Salesforce.
  • Act as the official communicator between internal and external clients with a problem-solving attitude.

Required profile:

  • Technical degree or engineering, or extensive experience in a similar role (Mechanical, Industrial, Commercial).
  • At least 3 years managing systems such as SAP, Salesforce, among others.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Power-BI (preferred).
  • Desirable Salesforce & GQS skills.
  • Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
  • Location: Santiago or Antofagasta.
