Job summary

FELFEL is seeking a Sales Development Representative (100%) in Zurich to be the first FELFEL face for companies. You will identify offices, spark curiosity, and book meetings that our Acquisition team turns into new clients.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, love calling, are organized with CRM tools, and are fluent in German with proficient English. A Swiss work permit or passport is required.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles with a drive to succeed.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and multi-channel outreach.
• Fluent German and proficient English are required.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect target companies to build a strong pipeline.
• Reach decision makers by phone, email and LinkedIn to spark interest.
• Follow up on inbound leads quickly and with care.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Keep HubSpot clean and up to date to ensure no lead is missed.
• Share market insights with Sales and Marketing to sharpen our pitch.
