Job summary

Codec SA in Switzerland seeks an experienced production leader to supervise start-ups and ensure smooth operations. You will coordinate with planning, guide teams, and manage onboarding and training while upholding strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on production management, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure production start-ups in collaboration with the planning department
• Ensure smooth production operations to guarantee compliance with set volumes, costs, quality and deadlines
• Support employees in production fine-tuning
• Analyze performance and output volumes, and identify delays or anomalies in coordination with the Production Director and Planning
• Organize corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities in coordination with the maintenance department
• Team management and supervision
• Lead onboarding of new hires, structure training paths, and ensure long-term transfer of know-how
• Ensure effective internal communication and resolve day-to-day conflicts or issues
• Organize and follow up on staff reviews
• Quality control: ensure and monitor compliance with quality requirements; hygiene, safety, and environmental rules at the production site
