Zurich is seeking a Working Student to join the Compliance Operations team in Switzerland. You will support core compliance processes, help develop and enhance the GRC tool and Power BI dashboards, and drive data analysis to uncover global trends.

Start date January 2027. The role requires active studies in data analytics or business administration, with a growth mindset and strong communication skills. Hybrid work with up to two remote days per week is available in Switzerland.

What you will do

• Support the Compliance Operations and Assurance team to execute core Compliance processes such as the Compliance Risk Assessment and the annual Compliance activities planning and to drive continuous process improvement
• Support the team in the development, operation and continuous enhancement of the Compliance GRC tool, existing dashboard applications in Power BI and visualization tools
• Drive data analysis and preparation to identify global trends and insights
• Support the team in managing our Group, regional and local stakeholders
• Support and drive existing and future innovation and automation projects.

What you bring

• Actively pursuing higher education, ideally studying Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent
• Prior work experience is required, financial services/consulting is an advantage
• Growth mindset, can-do attitude, team player, solution oriented, curiosity, learning agility
• Tech skills: data analytics skills, Power Bi and AI/Copilot knowledge required. Python and Databricks nice to have
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Business English fluency is essential
• For the length of the contract, enrolled at a University/ Institute of higher education and be located in Switzerland.
