Zurich is seeking a Risk Manager for Non-Financial risk types at group level to contribute to governance, analysis, and policy development across the risk management function.

You will lead non-financial risk initiatives, engage with diverse teams, and support risk governance processes in a sustainability-focused, global insurer.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (engineering, commerce, economics, finance, or IT).
• Prior experience in technology and operations functions, or internal controls and risk management is an asset.
• Exposure to Third Party, Data Management, Information Security, Business Resilience risk is a plus.
• Solid understanding of operational risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices including regulatory requirements, risk assessment and mitigation techniques, and risk reporting frameworks.
• Self-starter with a positive and can-do attitude.
• Highly disciplined and strong focus on execution and delivery.
• Able to manage challenging deadlines.
• Proactive, driven, action, and results oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
