As an intern in the Workforce Optimization team for a 6-month period, you will have the opportunity to explore how data and technology drive strategic decision-making regarding our workforce. You will gain hands‑on experience in areas such as External Workforce, Strategic Workforce Planning and Skills Management, learning how data‑driven insights contribute to shaping the future of our workforce. In this role, you will support various team initiatives, analyze and interpret data, and help prepare insightful reports. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of our methodologies, which play an active part in projects directly impacting our strategic goals. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, and you will partner closely with the experienced professionals in an agile environment that values empowerment, open communication and a willingness to test new ideas. Throughout your internship, you will have the chance to apply and expand your coding skills in R, using data analysis and visualization to generate meaningful insights that support our workforce strategy.
