Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Senior O2C Specialist (German Market) to manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle on-site in Porto with relocation support. You will serve as the primary German-speaking contact, ensuring accurate orders, billing, and timely deliveries in a regulated medical-device environment.

The role requires German at C1+ level, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with logistics, finance and customer service teams.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (C1+) required.
• Experience in O2C, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage the end-to-end O2C process.
• Process, validate, and monitor customer orders with high accuracy.
• Coordinate shipments and product availability with logistics teams.
• Handle billing, invoicing & payment-related inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve order or billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance & customer service teams.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, KPIs & SLAs.

Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist - German Speaker

Are you an experienced Order-to-Cash professional fluent in German?
Join a leading global provider of diabetes medical technology and play a key role in ensuring patients and healthcare professionals receive life-changing medical devices accurately and on time.

As a Senior O2C Specialist, you will manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle, acting as the primary contact for German-speaking customers while ensuring compliance within a regulated medical-device environment.

• Manage the end-to-end O2C process

• Handle billing, invoicing & payment-related inquiries

• Meal Allowance: 300€ (current policy)
