Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist fluent in German for a full-time, hybrid role with relocation support for candidates outside Portugal. You will build and optimise campaigns, create keyword packs, manage bids, analyse performance, and prepare reports to drive growth across Search, GDN, Mobile and Video.

Requirements: fluent German, English at least B2, 1–2 years in digital marketing (B2B), experience with online ads (AdWords), Excel skills; Google Ads

• Build and implement optimisation solutions for high-value advertising clients

What Were Looking For

• Native or fluent German (written & spoken)
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing roles
• Experience in a B2B environment and with online advertising tools (e.g. AdWords)
• Google Ads Search certification is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in digital marketing trends
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• High work ethic and quality-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
