Job summary

The International Trade Centre (ITC), via the Ethical Fashion Initiative, supports WaMCoP in Lesotho to bolster climate resilience and market access for artisanal wool/mohair producers. The Project Assistant Consultant will assist with training delivery, participant registration, and records management to ensure smooth program implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sustainable trade or related field required.
• Experience with social enterprises/MSMEs and community groups.
• Experience in Lesotho wool/mohair value chains or artisanal sectors desirable.
• Experience with ESG surveys/assessments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide project implementation support for roadshows, bootcamps, incubation, and acceleration programs.
• Maintain participant records and program documentation (profiles, attendance, monitoring).
• Collect and organize photos, videos, testimonials, and beneficiary stories with proper consent for communications.
• Support meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements and ensure timely reporting.
