Job summary

Responsibilities

• OUTPUT 1 – Workplan implementation and activity coordination: maintain an implementation calendar and action tracker with timelines, responsibilities and status.
• OUTPUT 2 – Coordination between ITC and AEMTL: regular coordination meetings, action tracking and monthly progress reporting.
• OUTPUT 3 – AEMTL member database: update member information including location, business sector, products/services and needs.
• OUTPUT 4 – Member outreach and engagement: outreach to ITC-supported members and record participation and engagement.
• OUTPUT 5 – Training and capacity-building activities: provide logistics, registration, attendance, feedback and follow-up.
• OUTPUT 6 – Market-access and business-linkage follow-up: gather information on opportunities and report progress in monthly reports.
