Job summary

Artisans Vignerons d'Yvorne Société coopérative is seeking a dynamic B2B sales professional to strengthen its presence in German-speaking Switzerland. You will open new accounts, build lasting relationships with HORECA and retailers, and provide advisory support to optimize assortments and resale potential.

You will understand client positioning, propose tailored offers, and represent AVY with energy and professionalism, leveraging your market knowledge and a consultative selling style.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in wine, beverages, hospitality, gastronomy or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of the German-speaking Swiss market and an existing network among HORECA professionals, wine merchants or specialist retailers.
• Excellent command of German; ability to communicate in French to collaborate with internal team.
• Confident in prospecting, opening new accounts, developing a customer portfolio and managing long-term relationships.
• Ability to understand a customer's positioning and propose an adapted offer or assortment.
• Strong advisory, listening and resale skills to help customers present, select and promote products.
• Excellent personal organization to manage time, travel and priorities independently.
• Reliable use of digital tools, CRM and modern communication channels.
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and proactive mindset suitable for a small team.
• Aligned with AVY's cooperative spirit and terroir heritage.

Responsibilities

• Develop AVY's commercial presence in German-speaking Switzerland among HORECA professionals and specialist retailers.
• Identify, qualify and approach new high-potential accounts in line with AVY's positioning.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with restaurateurs, hoteliers, wine merchants and other partners.
• Understand customer needs to propose relevant assortments.
• Present AVY wines with conviction, highlighting origin, quality and resale potential.
• Support customers in showcasing and reselling AVY wines through tastings and assortment advice.
• Ensure rigorous commercial follow-up: offers, follow-ups, negotiations, orders and updates.
• Use CRM and digital tools to document opportunities and portfolio information.
• Share field observations on customer expectations, trends, competition and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure consistent customer experience.
