Responsibilities

• Supports RMs and team in client interactions in all respects.
• Responds to calls and takes prompt action.
• Maintains and updates records of client instructions, details, and preferences.
• Creates system-based reports for the RMs.
• Provides clients with information/data; does not give advice or judgments.
• Processes client orders, trades, transactions and payments.
• Manages internal projects impacting RM account relationships and maintains documentation.
• Shares information to improve processes and productivity.
• Conducts reviews, plans ahead and documents work.
• Proposes improvements based on experience and observations.
• Adheres to compliance, legal guidelines, and internal policies.
• Acts as first line of risk defence and escalates issues as needed.
