Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in financial services, preferably in Account Opening, Client Data Change Management, or KYC QA.
• Proven analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building and communication across internal partners at differing levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player and change agent who improves processes.
• Excellent English; German language skills are a distinct advantage.

Aufgaben

• Become a subject matter expert in the full KYC lifecycle for PWM clients (Onboarding, Maintenance, Rolling Review).
• Lead updates to regulatory/FCC policies and implement across KYC teams in Switzerland and Goldman Sachs globally.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with PWM Business, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
• Present findings to senior leadership on a periodic basis to gain visibility.
• Critically review operational processes to mitigate risk and strengthen controls.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the current KYC processes for Zurich and globally.
