Vontobel is seeking a Specialist 1st Level Front Support to join the Service Hub. You will be the first contact for Wealth Management Front Office and related staff, handling general technical issues, access rights, and process inquiries to ensure smooth daily operations.

We value a hands-on, client-focused attitude, strong communication in German and English, and the ability to work onsite full-time with a collaborative team in Zurich.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT or similar support role, preferably in financial services.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management front-office processes and banking operations.
• Proven ability to deliver client-focused, direct phone support in high-pressure situations.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-level support to Relationship Managers, Assistants and Front Office staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve general and operational issues, including system challenges and access rights.
• Assist with tools and technical issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Resolve base data and workflow-related inquiries to support front-office processes.
• Act as a point of contact to ensure operational excellence and strong client experience.
