Job summary

Proclinical is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join a dynamic team in Tullamarine. This role involves hands‑on warehouse operations, including forklift operation, material handling, and ensuring GMP compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a valid LF-LO forklift license, prior warehouse experience, and the ability to safely lift and move materials, while following instructions and completing necessary documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid LF-LO forklift license is required.
• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Basic physical fitness to lift and handle boxes/materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Familiarity with general warehouse activities and processes.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and handle materials using pallet jacks.
• Re-palletize and label materials as required.
• Complete basic paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Operate forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Deliver materials to end-users within the site.
• Drive a company van for short distances (less than 2 km) to transport materials.
• Pick and relocate materials as needed.
• Perform general warehouse duties while adhering to GMP standards.
