• Manage outbound logistics and order fulfilment: pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments with correct documents.
• Coordinate courier pickups and document shipments; update ERP with stock movements and dispatch details.
• Prepare daily/monthly shipping reports; assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliations; maintain safety and quality standards.
