Zusammenfassung

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Cloud IAM Architect to lead design and delivery of scalable identity and access management solutions in a cloud environment. You will drive architecture, define standards, and mentor engineering teams across the SDLC.

You will collaborate with banking domain stakeholders, ensure security-by-design, and implement microservices patterns with AWS/GCP/Azure, DevOps, and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10-12 years designing and building large scale IAM, integration, and delivery
• Experience with AWS / Google Infrastructure Services and IAM Security services
• Strong cybersecurity and regulatory knowledge in banking/payments domains
• Familiar with OAuth 2.0 / SAML 2.0 protocols
• Experience leading delivery capability from ground up with onshore/offshore teams
• Proficient in Java Spring Framework / Spring Cloud
• Experience in cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices

• Drive the build out of capabilities on the Ecosystem Platform roadmap.
• Collaborate with applications teams and architects to raise engineering quality and delivery value.
• Direct architecture and development teams with a hands-on leadership style.
• Establish and own engineering practices, improving existing methods and creating new ones.
• Create strategy and guidelines to improve software development and delivery quality.
• Define and own software standards, patterns, and agile delivery practices.
• Project manage and allocate development capacity to scheduled tasks.
• Ensure architecture is implemented using agreed patterns with engineering teams.
• Lead POCs and develop reusable patterns and frameworks.
• Contribute as part of a team of architects to provide fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Transform requirements into architecture and blueprints based on proven patterns.
