Swarovski invites applications for a Visual Merchandising Intern to support workshops, guidelines rollout, and showroom projects in our international environment. You will coordinate samples, assist with Tools catalog creation, and help develop local activations while learning hands-on in a globally renowned brand.

Qualifications

• University degree/Bachelor’s degree.
• Past professional experience in a similar role within an international setting is a plus.
• Attention to details and excellent organization skills.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for Visual Merchandising Workshops, including coordination of samples, paperwork, and necessary tools.
• Support the creation and rollout of VM guidelines, including centrally monitoring local guidelines (via CoCo), and contributing to guidelines development for Outlet, Travel Retail, and MUB channels.
• Assist with ad hoc projects such as Tools catalogue creation, Showroom revamp initiatives, local activation.
• Support in the windows development process, including creative development, sampling, and rollout.
