Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of value and cost engineering, should-cost modelling, and target-cost methods.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Commercial acumen, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own should-cost and target-cost activities for components, systems, and products.
• Lead cross-functional Design-to-Cost and Value Engineering initiatives across the lifecycle.
• Drive concept-level costing and early development cost assessment.
• Challenge designs, evaluate alternatives, quantify technical and financial impact.
• Build cost-reduction and value-creation roadmaps and drive implementations.
