GetYourGuide is seeking a UX Research/Program Management professional to design and maintain systems, tools, and AI-assisted workflows that scale research across product, design, and business teams.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to ensure feasibility, build artifacts, and drive governance, knowledge management, and recruitment. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to work with global teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in UX Research, UX Strategy, or UX Program Management in a tech organization.
• Experience building research systems and user panels that scale without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and governance in research.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Design and maintain the systems, tools, and programs that help researchers and cross-functional partners turn evidence into decisions at scale.
• Spot and build AI-powered workflows that speed up the research and design process from intake to activation.
• Create artifacts (visuals, posters, prototypes, one-pagers) to land ideas with stakeholders.
• Take ownership of research tool screening, vendor onboarding, security assessments, and trainings.
• Work across product, design, marketing, and business to tie findings to business outcomes and KPIs.
