Hilo byAktiia, a venture-backed medtech scale-up, seeks a US Country Manager who will be the first local commercial leader. You will own execution across consumer, partnerships, and ecosystem engagement, and shape how the brand is perceived locally.

This senior, hands-on role spans B2C and B2B, with responsibility to scale early consumer traction and build a structured B2B pipeline, while aligning GTM with central strategy and customer feedback.

Qualifikationen

• Deep commercial experience with P&L ownership across a market, country, or business unit.
• Experience taking a product to market and scaling it through high growth with hands-on judgment.
• Established relationships across US healthcare, medtech, or wellness ecosystems.

Aufgaben

• Own P&L delivery for the US including revenue growth, CAC, pricing and retention.
• Lead go-to-market execution for the US across D2C and HCP channels.
• Drive local B2C execution across paid media, PR, KOLs, affiliates and social channels.
• Build and convert a qualified B2B pipeline with clinics, specialists, and payer partners.
• Improve end-to-end US customer experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Shape US commercial strategy with local market insights for planning with central team.
