Gilgen Door Systems AG in Stettlen is seeking an Upgrade Technician to perform upgrades and minor modernisations on automatic door and gate systems. You will install, commission, and support our service team in the Bern/Mittelland region, ensuring on-time, high-quality results.

You will travel in the Bern/Mittelland area, maintain a professional appearance, and engage directly with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Technical basic training in electrical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Experience in service, installation, or technical customer service is an advantage.
• Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious working style.

Aufgaben

• Independent installation and commissioning of upgrades and modernization kits on automatic door and gate systems.
• Proper, high-quality, and timely implementation of modernization projects.
• Execution of minor modernizations at customer premises.
• Support of the service team during maintenance assignments to balance capacity.
• Travel within the Bern / Mittelland region and direct customer contact.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional appearance and solution-oriented working style.

In this versatile role, you ensure that our automatic door and gate systems remain up to date. You carry out upgrades and minor modernisations professionally, on time, and with high quality. If needed, you also support our service team with maintenance assignments in your deployment region.
