Zusammenfassung

Gilgen Door Systems AG in Zurich/Eastern Switzerland is seeking an Upgrade Technician to install and commission upgrades for automatic door and gate systems. You will be responsible for high-quality, timely modernisation projects and support the service team during maintenance to balance capacity.

The role requires travel within the Zurich / Eastern Switzerland region, direct customer contact, and a professional, solution-oriented working style.

Qualifikationen

• Technical basic training in electrical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, or comparable field.
• Experience in service, installation, or technical customer service is an advantage.
• Residence and willingness to travel in the Zurich / Eastern Switzerland region; valid driving licence preferred.

Aufgaben

• Independent installation and commissioning of upgrades and modernisation kits on automatic door and gate systems
• Proper, high-quality, and timely implementation of modernisation projects
• Execution of minor modernisations at our customers’ premises
• Support of the service team during maintenance assignments to balance capacity
• Travel activity in the Zurich / Eastern Switzerland region and direct customer contact
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through your professional appearance and solution-oriented working style

In this versatile role, you ensure that our automatic door and gate systems remain up to date. You carry out upgrades and minor modernisations professionally, on time, and with high quality. If needed, you also support our service team with maintenance assignments in your area of operation.
