Qualifikationen

• Initial practical experience in Business and IT transformation and programme delivery, with stakeholder management and project governance skills.

During the programme, you will:

• Support the delivery of key transformation initiatives across the COO division
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive the implementation of the programme
• Analyse data, identify insights, and contribute to strategic decision‑making
• Engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation to support programme objectives
• Assist in project planning, risk management, governance, and progress reporting
• Gain day to day exposure to a large-scale change programme and develop expertise in transformation delivery
• Build a strong network across the organisation while developing professional and leadership skills
• Contribute innovative ideas and help shape the future operating model of the business

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Management or similar (graduation max. 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in Business and IT transformation and programme delivery, with stakeholder management and project governance skills
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
• Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
