McGregor Boyall is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Site Manager for infrastructure or tunnel construction in a site-based role. You will lead safety-focused site activities, monitor progress, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and timely project execution.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree (FH/ETH) and several years of tunnel or major infrastructure experience, with German language skills at B2 or higher and a valid Category B licence.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Several years’ experience as Construction Manager / Site Manager in infrastructure or tunneling.
• Strong knowledge of site management, safety and project execution.
• German language at B2 level or higher is essential.
• Category B driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Site monitoring with focus on safety and tunnel safety.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor environmental impacts (dust, noise, emissions).
• Monitor and document construction progress and perform compliance checks.
• Coordinate responses to incidents and escalations with construction teams.
• Maintain coordination with project teams to ensure safe, efficient site operations.
• Release and handover of the tunnel to authorities after night works.
