Job summary

KENDRIS is an international consulting and fiduciary firm based in Zurich seeking a Trust Officer to join our treasury and client service teams. You will handle accounts payable, payroll, monthly closings, VAT and tax declarations for entities, and support mandate managers with complex tasks.

The role values accuracy, strong communication in German and good English, solid MS Office skills, and a proactive team player attitude within a diverse, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial basic training and practical experience in trust, accounting or personnel administration.
• Strong digital affinity and proficient MS Office skills.
• Confident German language skills with English at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Managing accounts payable / payment transactions
• Managing financial accounting including reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers
• Independent preparation of interim and annual financial statements and supporting closing tasks
• Preparing VAT returns and tax declarations for legal entities
• Managing payroll accounting and social security declarations
• Performing HR administration tasks
• Supporting apprenticeship training (optional)
