Bayer Basel is seeking a Biomarker Operations Expert to support translational science strategies across oncology clinical trials (Phases I–III). You will ensure operational execution, optimize sample logistics, and drive timely, high-quality data delivery.

Collaborate with the TSL, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and external partners to manage start-up, data management, vendor coordination, and budget processes.

Qualifikationen

• Biomarker operations experience in clinical settings.
• Experience supporting translational science strategies in trials.
• Familiarity with GCP/ICH compliance and data management processes.

• Collaborate with TSL and cross-functional teams to implement translational science strategies in trials.
• Provide operational input to study documentation and processes for biomarker data collection and analysis.
• Serve as single point of contact for biomarker operations across functions and collaborators.
• Share learnings across studies and programs to drive best practices.
• Identify areas for process improvements and standardization.
• Coordinate data transfers, reconciliation, and reporting of biomarker data.
• Support start-up activities, sample logistics, and lab vendor management.
• Prepare documents and assist with budget management.
