Job summary

Kanadevia Inova seeks a Training Manager to design and deliver comprehensive training solutions for clients operating Waste-to-X (WtX), Renewable Gas (RG) and Power-to-X (PtX) plants. You will ensure teams operate and maintain technologies safely and effectively.

The role emphasizes transforming complex technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences, with opportunities for international site travel and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, electrical or process engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in plant operation or commissioning within interdisciplinary projects.
• Strong training and content-development experience with clear learning materials.
• Fluent spoken and written English; German language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client training activities from start to finish within scope, schedule, quality and budget.
• Develop tailored training concepts and materials, including interactive learning systems, online content, graphics, animations and terminology.
• Coordinate training delivery with clients, project teams, suppliers, commissioning and operations teams, translation providers.
• Deliver and supervise classroom, hands-on and online training for shift leaders, operators and maintenance personnel, including international site travel.
• Drive continuous improvement of training solutions, support tender and budget preparation, and share lessons learned across projects.
