LEXR is a fast-growing Swiss law firm focused on the innovation ecosystem with offices in Switzerland, the US and Germany. We seek a legal trainee to support corporate matters, manage housekeeping, and collaborate across borders in a hybrid setup.

The role requires a Swiss MLaw degree and fluency in French and English, with German as a plus. Traineeships align with bar exam requirements and offer hands-on, practical experience in a dynamic legal tech environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support corporate matters, including the preparation, coordination and follow-through of incorporations, capital increases, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate law processes as well as blockchain & Web3 projects, including the setup of foundations and associations, and token-related documentation.
• Drive legal operations by handling and tracking corporate housekeeping processes.
• Work directly with clients to ensure smooth execution of ongoing matters and proactive day-to-day coordination.
• Collaborate closely with legal experts across all of Switzerland, in particular our Lausanne team, as well as colleagues in Germany and the US.
• Contribute to legal tech projects by partnering with our product and tech team to help automate and digitalize legal workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Hard Requirements

• Full proficiency in French and English; German is a strong plus
• MLaw degree of a Swiss university
• Strong interest in corporate law
• Detail-orientation and organizational skills
• Willingness to take ownership of your work, clients, and projects with the freedom to shape how you deliver value
• A proactive mindset and curiosity to learn

Great to Have

• Strong interest in venture capital or the startup ecosystem
• Previous work experience in a law firm / with a notary
• Demonstratable capacity for working independently
• Ability to integrate AI tools in your workflow
