Zusammenfassung

LEXR is a fast-growing Swiss law firm focused on the innovation ecosystem with offices in Switzerland, the US and Germany. We seek a legal trainee to support corporate matters, manage housekeeping, and collaborate across borders in a hybrid setup.

The role requires a Swiss MLaw degree and fluency in French and English, with German as a plus. Traineeships align with bar exam requirements and offer hands-on, practical experience in a dynamic legal tech environment.

Qualifikationen

Swiss MLaw degree required.
Full proficiency in French and English; German is a strong plus.
Strong interest in corporate law and legal tech.

Aufgaben

Support corporate matters including incorporations, capital increases, mergers, and token-related documentation.
Drive legal operations by handling corporate housekeeping processes.
Work directly with clients for ongoing matters and day-to-day coordination.
Collaborate with legal experts across Switzerland, especially Lausanne, and with teams in Germany and the US.
Contribute to legal tech projects by partnering with product and tech teams to automate workflows.
