Job summary

Avaloq is seeking a motivated trainee to join the Trade Processing & Settlement team in Switzerland. Gain hands-on experience in banking operations and the post-trade lifecycle of funds and securities while collaborating with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.

You will process trades in the Avaloq Banking Suite, settle deliveries, monitor settlements, and coordinate with clients and custodians to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process stock exchange trades (bonds, equities, eft and funds) in Avaloq Banking Suite.
• Settle Delivery and Receive versus Payment.
• Ensure transactions are processed correctly and settled timely.
• Monitor settlement operations and failed trades.
• Coordinate with clients, trading desks and custodians.
• Perform cash and securities reconciliation.

• Settlement of Delivery and Receive versus payment
• Ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and settled in a timely manner
• Monitoring settlement operations and failed trades
• Follow-up and coordination with clients, trading desks and custodians
• Cash and Securities reconciliation
