Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in trade execution or operations within liquid bulk commodities.
• Strong knowledge of vegetable oils, biodiesel, renewable feedstocks, or related liquids.
• Experience with tanker logistics, terminal operations, and international trade documentation.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Manage contractual declarations and delivery instructions.

• Perform cost analysis and reporting on executed trades.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across Europe, Asia, MENA, and other international markets.

As a Trade Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution and oversight of the full lifecycle of liquid bulk commodity contracts. You will ensure smooth and compliant execution of purchase and sales agreements while coordinating closely with trading, logistics, finance, quality, and external service providers.

You will play a key role in managing tanker movements, logistics coordination, documentation, and contract performance across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of liquid bulk commodity contracts.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in trade execution or operations within liquid bulk commodities.
• Strong knowledge of vegetable oils, biodiesel, renewable feedstocks, or related liquid commodities.
• Experience with tanker logistics, terminal operations, and international trade documentation.
• Strong understanding of contractual frameworks and commodity trading processes.
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to edible oils, biofuels, renewable fuels, or other liquid agricultural commodities.
• Experience working across Europe, Asia, or MENA markets.
• Knowledge of shipping, freight markets, and tanker operations.
