MSF OCG Learning Solutions Internship based in Geneva offers hands‑on experience in AI-enabled learning. You will design, develop, and test AI-powered learning solutions including RAG chatbots, knowledge retrieval workflows, and personalized recommendations.

The MSF movement is built around 5 operational centers supported by 24 sections and offices worldwide. MSF Operational Center Geneva (MSF OCG) is one of these centres.
The Learning & Development Department provides and coordinates learning opportunities accessible to diverse MSF contexts. As part of its AI vision, the department is exploring innovative solutions to improve access to training content and support personalized learning pathways for MSF staff.
The AI Learning Solutions Intern will actively contribute to the design, development, configuration, and testing of AI-enabled learning solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbots, AI-assisted knowledge retrieval systems, and personalized learning recommendation tools based on skills, profiles, and learning needs.
The intern will contribute to the technical implementation and continuous improvement of AI-supported learning services in collaboration with L&D, IT and other business stakeholders.
